These terms cover your use of Karvox. They’re written in plain language because they should be — if anything is unclear, just email us.

Who we are

Karvox is operated as an independent project. We provide a tool that detects failed subscription charges on your Stripe account, emails your customers to update their cards, and tracks recovered revenue.

Your account

To use Karvox you sign up with an email address. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know.

What we do, and what we don’t

Karvox reads failed-payment events from your connected Stripe account and sends recovery emails on your behalf. We do not see, store, or transmit card numbers — that data stays inside Stripe at all times.

We don’t guarantee that any specific failed payment will be recovered. The product helps; it can’t override your customer’s decision or their bank’s.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Karvox to:

• Send marketing or unrelated content disguised as recovery emails.
• Recover payments for transactions that violate Stripe’s rules (fraud, prohibited goods, etc.).
• Test or probe the system in a way that disrupts service for other users.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the service without permission.

If we believe you’re abusing the service, we may suspend your account.

Subscription and billing

Karvox is offered on a monthly subscription. The current price is shown on your Billing page. New users get a 14-day free trial and aren’t charged until the trial ends.

You can cancel any time from the Customer Portal linked on the Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period; we don’t pro-rate unused time.

Termination

You can stop using Karvox and cancel any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users.

Disclaimer

Karvox is provided “as is.” We try to keep the service running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every recovery email will deliver. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months, except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top and email you about anything significant.
